About the Course
UDL in Curriculum Design equips curriculum developers with the tools, strategies, and mindset to design learning experiences that are inclusive, accessible, and effective for all students. Participants will explore the foundations of UDL, analyze common barriers in traditional curriculum, and learn how to embed UDL principles into tasks, assessments, and curriculum frameworks. The course emphasizes practical application through interactive activities like task redesign, curriculum decision trees, and annotated lesson plans. Participants develop a portfolio of UDL-informed artifacts, alongside a deeper understanding of how to design instructional materials with all learners in mind.
