About the Course

Throughout this course, participants follow a fictional curriculum publisher as they navigate the real decisions curriculum leaders face when adopting AI. The scenario is structured as a series of decision points, each tied to a specific concept or skill that can be transferred to lead your team's AI adoption and systems with confidence. By the end of this course, participants will be able to: ● Explain at a leader's level how LLMs work and why different models bring different strengths to curriculum work ● Diagnose which AI tool fits which task by observing output quality rather than trusting vendor claims ● Distinguish AI-appropriate tasks from human-only tasks, and operationalize the difference between AI-assisted/AI-generated and human-authored/human-reviewed ● Build four interlocking quality systems to align your team's AI workflows and outputs ● Draft an AI use policy appropriate for their org's curriculum context
